JMC Alumni, Chris Corinthian, Show 'My Money Mentors' Nominated for a Southeast Regional Emmy
"My Money Mentors" is a show dedicated to making financial literacy empowering for young adults. It was nominated for a Southeast Regional Emmy in 2025. The show is hosted by financial advisor Jacqueline Schadeck CFP® and financial literacy coach Chris Corinthian. Corithian is a graduate of the mass communications program. Host's Schadeck and Corinthian guide people through various financial challenges and equip them with actionable steps to make smart money choices and break generational cycles of scarcity and financial lacking. The show premiered on June 17, 2024, with two 30-minute back-to-back episodes on WABE-TV. Two more episodes aired on June 18. The show is produced by WABE Studios as well as with support from Delta Community Credit Union.
